The IGB website says that he trialled around Limerick today. It would be great if he was to return,

I am aware that it is alot to ask, but with a number of Skywalker Puma offspring running really well across the country recently, might he be the natural successor to his father, Royal Impact?

Hopefully Thomas ! Puma has mated a good few bitches (Natural Mating) in last few weeks since he came to us all of which are showing in Pup so fingers crossed ! A couple of very nice winners by him lately and also a few good reports on some of his pups schooling at the moment !!

I'm suprised puma hasn't more pups on the ground, he has the breeding and is a derby winner and has a few nice offspring already, can't understand why people would patronise dogs from other countries that are unproven and which they know nothing about and haven't seen run, just my opinion

He was priced a bit high at 900 starting off,but he's realistically priced now at 650.

Louise,

He should cross well with kewell/scolari bitches. His half-sisters, which are by kewell have done well with royal impact, or some of his off-spring e.g., Melodys Royal.

I also agree that 650 is great value and he should be very busy at that price

A good winner in 28.48 calc last night at Harold's Cross in the Dublin Coach juvenile and lots of pace to the third bend was Skywalker Leaf and looks a very nice sort.

Another nice winner in Kilkenny Tarsna Danceaway calculated 28.57.
Probably one of the best bred studs around at present
Lar is right priced well at 650 and should get some nice bitches at that

Skywalker Puma showed real heart chase and determination when winning the derby, this is a quality that is lacking in a lot of dogs these days. When certain breeds are led they throw in the towel. Royal impact was known to throw hard chasers and from what I have heard Puma is putting the exact same into his offspring.I hope to be using Puma in the very near future as I believe he is a dog that giving the chance can throw a derby winner like himself. If you put his Greenpark fox dam line into the mix you have a recipe for greatness.

The runs of Skywalker Rory and his litter brother at the weekend again show the great value that Puma is at stud.

Thomas I think your predictions are starting to come to fruition, only two offspring in St ledger and he wins it with skywalker Rory who was one of the best winners in recent times, surely now at 600 the best value stud dog around?
