My breeding has always been questionable and open to debate, with many believing that my stated sire and dam are not correct.

I contested the Final of this major Queensland race twice.

I am probably mostly remembered for breaking this legendary Hall of Famer's long standing track record.

CLICK HERE Super Max - broke Temlee's ten-year-old Olympic Park track record by 1/100 of a second (Dusty Progress had run 1/100 of a second outside Temlee's track record 6 years earlier). Contested the Coca Cola Bottlers Cup twice for a win and a fourth.

More clues - her brother was runner up in an Australian Cup. Her half brother won an Australian Cup. Her half sister produced a Melbourne Cup winner.

Yes that's correct. She also won a race that is now a Group 1 herself, but if I told you which one it was it would make it too easy.

Nailed it Sandro. Fairbairn Lady won the Hobart Thousand. And Dynamic Dean sired Sandown Track record holder and Victorian Greyhound of the year Darville's Flyer - but Darville's Flyer's litter sister Sabby's Image is probably better known these days for carrying on the line. The runner up in the Australian Cup sired by Delbairn was Dalyston (Delbairn - Sirroco Wind) - Dalyston's sister Country Coast produced Eaglehawk Star.

As well as Tangairn, Delbairn Babe produced Nikki Bairn, dam of Famous Portrait.

AS far as I can work out the Farbairn Lady damline has disappeared as a direct damline - but that's what happens when your influence is carried on in great stud dogs. She is found in the pedigrees of Awesome Assassin, Malawi's Prince, Just The Best, Black Shiraz (double cross), and Bombastic Shiraz (triple).
And the influence of her dam Dinah Jet is also carried on through Dinah Jet's son Take A Bow who sired Benjamin John.

And if that's not enough from this damline - Dinah Jet is a granddaughter of Hamura Belle. Another granddaughter of Hamura Belle is Byam Rose. CLICK HERE

Ditto that Graham; a mighty question indeed Tom.

Congratulations Sandro, I must admit I looked at Del Bairn and Cheltenham Lass, but just didn't (couldn't), make the complete connection, doubt I would have gotten - Fairbairn Lady irrespective.
