The dog is a breath of fresh air, just what this great industry needs at present.

The dog is an absolute freak. Extremely consistent from the boxes. Superior pace approaching and throughout the 1st turn and maintains it up the back straight whilst breaking his opponents hearts and lungs and strong enough to hold off all challengers including extremely worthy ones like Dyna Double One and many other top quality greyhounds that are finishing behind him.
A bit of topic but I wished Shakey Jakey had continued to race. Hard to believe that he was easily quicker than Fernando Bale. I don't think he would have been as dominant as he might not have possessed the brilliant early speed but it just highlights how fast he actually was. And nothing about the track being "doctored" for when Shakey Jakey was racing as it was pretty good last night.
Still taking nothing away from Fernando Bale and the freak he is and deserves every accolade he gets and the industry leaders should be pumping him up as much as possible because the industry needs some positivity!

On what I have seen:
Brett lee
Rapid Journey
El Grand senor, Miata, bombastic shiraz, el galo, whisky assassin, hallucinate, sweet it is, Nellie noodles, kilty lad, pure octane, mantra lad etc.
Daylight
FERNANDO BALE, dyna double one, my bro Fabio, dyna nalin, zipping willow, more space, double twist etc.
more daylight
the other 98%
He is massively overrated, wouldn't stand a chance against past champions.

We'll Mat, I've been lucky enough to own one of those above champs & was crowned Goty of Australia. F.B is better due to faultless beginnings and a super second section and can maintain that speed to the end of 500 mts, Remember he's only had 21starts and if we get to see another 20 odd starts he should improve a little more..... I'm not here to convince u either way however u r in the minority camp I reckon. I for one will be joining the que to have a litter by him.

Wow. Fernando Bale is the closest thing to Brett Lee & Flying Amy (the 2 best dogs up to 500m) I have seen - not much between the 3 although the 2 past are still in front for mine due to having a whole career to judge, not half a career.
All the dogs you mentioned are brilliant, very surprised you could put Bombastic Shiraz ahead of him as a racedog. He was a better stud than racer - a brilliant racer no doubt though.
