Grant Fullerton has been very good and very accurate with his assessment of breakins for me.

I have used Justin and Jacky Dunne in recent times and feel that they are also doing a great job and would recommend highly.

I have used other big names breakers in recent times and they are not even close to the same league.

He might be good but I couldn't suggest him. Cudal, Bruce Carr, The Oaks and glengarrie are a long way in front in my opinion.

I have taken a new approach and have gone away from commercial breakers and approched some trainers to break in my pups with the guarantee that they get to keep the dog if they break in and pre train well. I am finding i am having a lot more success and less pups being injured as they don't have the strain of a arduous 4 week course. In particular i have to give a huge shout out to Craig & Katrina Treherne.

Agreed Luke..craig rarely gives you the dreaded phone call. Users alot of free galloping which minimises injury and hardens them up.

As far as I'm concerned doing it yourself is the best..u can spot the ones that need extra attention and spot injuries before they become serious..I was spotted at maitland by Charlie lamb and jmac and both commented on the hard chasing and condition of my pups..

Also if you have a problem dog or dogs Bobby will keep them there longer to work on them at no extra cost which I can't say other breakers do for their clients.

My Breaker Robert (Bobby) at Abernethy near Cessnock nsw does a fantastic job with my pups & I recommend him to everyone in Sydney & Central Coast, his wife Lesley is one of the friendliest people you'd ever meet and their care of each dog on their property is top notch & they are a great husband & wife duo.

i personally think i depends on the way been reared have they had squeakers , toys , tort to lead , introduce to the bull ring , you take a dog that has had no prier education , yes there are a few im sorry to say bit lazy , then sent to the breakers with 1 week on lead , dog hard to break in,owner calls the breaker no good! for eg ; pups ready to go to breakers from finn, hallinan i guarantee no matter the breaker u send them to u get same result keen hard chasing easy to work with dogs!
