To right Hayden.
I repeat -
If there were any doubts by those that thought Fanta Bale was just making up the numbers, from whats currently available in today's stayers ranks...well, she shot that to pieces 2 weeks ago & again tonight taking out her 9 Group 1.
What a bloody gutsy, tuffed out win proving she is worthy of being called a CHAMPION....Well she's NUMBER 1 now.
Well done to all involved.

She may have been touched off by Hecton Bale last night and no one will remember it years from now, but really in getting beaten, it was one of the best runs of her career IMHO
I thought her race was over when she was caught in the middle of the pack and shuffled back to near last place with the leader Hecton Bale upfront going well and carving out 34.20
The amount of guts & drive that bitch showed to weave through a field and find the strength to pass class dogs like Chasin'Crackers etc and only just get beaten for the win was remarkable

Absolute champion. Hopefully her sire David Bale is going well in the Northern Hemisphere. David from the same Wheeler branch as Hecton Bale too - the Jindara Bale damline. His best branch, in my opinion.

Cracked a bone in her shoulder.
She's got nothing left to prove.
She is and remains a real champion of our sport.
