Just a reminder.

Alan Jones starts at 5.30 & finishes at 9.

Greyhounds FAVORITE SON Ray Hadley starts at 9 & finishes at 12 noon.

I can't wait for tomorrow. Especially after what has happened late Friday.... As well as the STATE election in Darwin over the weekend.

It's just starting to warm up folks.

Get the marshmallows ready. LOL.

People from the Alan Jones show have spoken to Charlie Wilson twice asking about his legal challenge, and appearing on his show, but it is undetermined when he will appear on his show at the moment. This will be a must listen!!

Remember to forward shonky details on the pre-planned closure deal that Baird has made with the Greens to Alan Jones. He has made it clear he will not rest until there is justice.

Jones still says that Mike Baird decided to close down greyhounds after watching the 4 corners program. That is of course rubbish. The decision was already made, that's why the McHugh report was so biased and lacking any facts cause the Government had bugger all proof of anything to shut it down. The 4 corners program was all they had as proof. They had to make up or fabricate everything to close it down.

Anything you believe Alan Jones doesn't know about yet do not hesitate to inform him.

Most importantly DO NOT GIVE UP FIGHTING.

Alan jones is also from the bush and defends farmers against mining companies which flys in the face of the pro business liberals so I wouldn't question his sincerity.

Doug,

At the moment, we should accept whatever help we can get. I know Jones is Liberal to the core, but in this instance, I believe that he truly believes that what the Baird Government is not right. His discussion with Warren Mundine is proof.

Never a truer word spoken....BUT ALAN STICKS UP FOR THE BATTLER FIRST..& NOT EVEN THE WORD "Liberals" WILL STOP HIM FROM EXPOSING THIS LIE.

This interview done by Ray Hadley with Queensland trainer Ian Hoggan's Barrister Sam Di Carlo, explains why the judge ruled video footage of live baiting inadmissable, last Friday.

Queensland Greyhound participants have been QUOTED to be "Rejoicing"....but not for the reason that most might believe.

Sam paints a clear picture of why two wrongs don't make a right and proves that common sense still exist.... Well in most States anyway, bar New South Wales.

A must listen (16 mins) ---> EXTERNAL LINK

Explained very simply by Mr DiCarlo. He provided some excellent analogies, in my opinion; particularly in regard to the potentially 'slippery slope' which the Courts may find themselves on if they are seen to be endorsing the use of illegal, private surveillance / recordings to try to inquire into alleged guilt of another person, or trying to reveal wrong-doing.

He also rightly raised that if there WAS substance to some of the allegations made, then there should have been ample opportunity for LEGAL warrants to be obtained.

(He could, in my opinion, have also raised the question as to why the Animal Liberationalists "sat on" the illegally obtained tapes for many months).

I, too, was EXTREMELY upset when I read a "journalist" (again, very loose terminology these days, sadly) quoting "the industry" "rejoicing". Clearly, as Mr DiCarlo touched on, any "delight" was, surely, mainly to do with the "justice" of seeing ILLEGALLY obtained evidence "tossed out".

Let's also not lose sight of the fact that Mr DiCarlo specifically refers to the "circumstantial" "evidence" (allegedly) contained on the video, in his Client's former case.

Having personally seen some of the "video tapes" which have been used by State Greyhound Authorities (and the "Greyhound Task Force" in Qld in particular), I can assure everyone there are NUMEROUS examples of largely or purely circumstantial "evidence" being used to charge, prosecute and PASS A GULITY FINDING against various participants. While I don't profess to be either qualified or an expert in matters of law, I was certainly left feeling that a suitably-qualfied legal person of even average competence could and should successfully argue against many "findings" we have already seen, read, or heard about.

The terms "railroading" and "kangaroo court" definitely came to mind, to put it mildly! ...

More GUN-FIRE directed at the NSW Government ---> EXTERNAL LINK

It seems like it's coming from EVERY direction now day's.

How long will it be before somebody CRACKS & lets the CAT outa the bag.

WHO WILL BE THE FIRST & BRAVEST MP TO CLEAR THEIR CONSCIENCE...before an avalanche of members that will follow their lead.

Surely it's only a matter of time before somebody becomes a HERO and regains their PUBLIC credibility .

These idiots are getting SMASHED by everyone.

ARE THEY BLIND ?

Doug, Alan Jones may have a Liberal background, but every thing Baird has done is against all Liberal ideals, hence getting Alan off side.

Alan is genuine in his support and i think you should support him.

Ray was today & everyday, simply brilliant Tony.

Alan Jones is NOW on the front foot (since his return from the Rio Olympics) and is just getting warmed up.

Both these guys are only throwing "Hand-Grenades" at the moment. Wait till they start laying down the "Landmines"....followed by the TANKS.

Alan talks to a greyhound trainer (Mick & Tracey Hindmarsh) and a pet shop owner about the fallout from the Baird governments decision to ban greyhound ---> EXTERNAL LINK
