New Trials Arrangements Effective from Monday 12th November: Monday: Official Trials before Racing Weigh in @7pm Privates 4.30pm - 6 pm
Please note anyone who arrives after 6pm will not get a private trial before racing. After Racing Official & Privates Available But must be booked Tuesday: Official Trials 12pm weigh in 11.30am Privates 12.45-2pm Wednesday: Morning trials 10am-11.30am Official Trials before Racing Weigh in @7pm Privates 4.30pm - 6 pm Please note anyone who arrives after 6pm will not get a private trial before racing. After Racing Official & Privates Available But must be booked Sunday: Private trials 11am -1pm Please note that arriving late to trials is not acceptable. Trials will not change till after 12th November

Trial schedule for December: Tuesday trials 11.30 till till 2 with qualifying trials at 12 . Wednesday 10am till 12 . Sunday 11am till 1pm . **Please note NO TRIALS WEDNESDAY or MONDAY evenings ** Last day for trials Sunday 23rd Dec Track will reopen for trials on Wed Jan 2nd .

Due to ongoing renovations Longford track will not open for racing untill January 21st. Trials will still go ahead at the following times: Tuesday: Private 11am to 1.30pm Tuesday: Official 12pm Wednesday: 10am to 12pm Sunday: 11am to 1pm
Unraced Stake The Longford open Unraced Starts February 4th Over 330 yards Open to all grades of unraced. Please note entries for racing on the 21st will be accepted from 14th of January.

We are sad to announce that the death has occurred of our beloved colleague and friend Liam Clancy who died suddenly on Thursday morning . Liam's death has caused shock to us all and we are going to miss him so very much . Thanks to everyone for their kind tributes and our thoughts and prayers are with Liam's family. Thank you Liam for your years of service to the track. You will be forever remembered in our hearts.

The Longford Open Unraced 330 starts March 4th Open to all grades of Unraced greyhounds. Entries close Feb 28th Amount of dogs and prizemoney subject to stake filling.
Longford @ Spk RACES on March 14th: S2 350 A2 525 A3 525 A4 525 Terms Dogs must have at least 3 races ran around Longford, other grades on request.
