Not sure, I think the greens and animals would vote against as well as their alliance with Libs got the legislation to ban through. A vote by the greens and animals to reverse the ban without giving us the funding might cause a slow death to our industry! Do they dare... Take that chance to side with the liberals again hahahaa. I guess we will all be hauled off to jail. They will need to sort it out. Maybe due to no official greyhound code, they will have to do up a new legal contract or ICA. We won't exist officially, but unofficially we are there??? All I know is they have to address the funding issue, we can't get screwed over again with smoke and mirrors and back room deals. It's well and trebly in the public spotlight.

In this political environment(complete distrust of all things)as long as we don't shoot ourselves in the foot and get a wave of live baiting cases or doping offences the people will back us against the elite lined horses and could see us really prosper from this whole saga.Of course head office doesn't have to spend it wisely and it could easily be frittered away but at least with a big chunk of change optimism will be high.

Don't think V'Landy's is shitting him self he has done to many back door deals & some of the Scum he has done it with are now gone.

Mick, You are dead right we need to start making noises again because this could turn nasty,Governments cannot be trusted and don't forget they have had many chances to fix the ban problem yet still we really have achieved nothing except accepted everything they have thrown at us with no guarantees in return.
