Well show us the Australian breeding figures per month from Jan 2015 till the end of 2016.
Very simple......
I already have Einstein. You obviously don't pay attention. Do a search.
Keep breeding.
. Einstein thinks he's right all of the time.
Or sometimes he's that confused he's right and doesn't even know he's right but will argue he's right when his not real sure he's right. Is that confusing enough.

I think you'll find you are totally & utterly wrong.
Unless you've done the figures, your only guessing....and I know your guessing.
Keep breeding.

Darren I have the breeding numbers for Qld for the last 20 years up to June 30th 2016. I know they are right I had the contract with RQ TO PROCESS THE REGISTRATION OF ALL LITTERS IN SEQ which was over 90% of all litters in this state . I cant comment on the other states but if the statistics released BY THE authority up here the puppy numbers are down to 1/3 of pre 2016 numbers ote]

I am not sure, but I am led to believe those yearly stats are from 1st July to 30th June.....not for a calendar year.
This has a strong bearing on those stats when you take into account the Tooradin fiasco took place in February 2015.

Thanks mate as I thought it didn't really start to decline to 2016 and I think if you did month by month I think you would find it would better latter on in 2016.

2015 was when it started to decline n then the 'dramas' along the east coast of Australia in 2016 saw a massive impact on the figures.

isn't it all about how many dogs they need to fill fields ?
the ptb thinking maybe along those lines than worrying about what ability a dog has, that way they can appease the critics of the sport saying we've reduced breeding nos by somewhere between 66% - 75%, and hope they'll leave the sport alone.
what this means is that everyone in the sport has to vastly reduce their time standards and the time standards of the past.........virtually race every pup that's born, that I imagine wld be admin utopia for them.
just a thought.

And remind me again (for those who can't "keep them all"), where are the buyers coming from? And /or how does one afford to do "that"?
Great in theory to say "Just breed" ... But VERY flawed in practice, in my opinion ... Which is EXACTLY why breeding is down 60% (give or take) across Australia ... as Stevo has highlighted.
And wait and see what happens if the proposed "pup levies" come in across some states. Yeah, THAT will encourage more to breed ... NOT!!!!
