it should have been done years ago, capalaba has been a waste not being tab and sky, rq are to slow at doing anything i bet up the straight all the time in vic about time

I think bundy should get tab first as there is an issue with capalaba flooding+i myself don't think RQL will push for it until they move to a suitable site that is owned by the club+maybe a site like healsville,2 distances,loam track+no flood issues. I'm a big beleiver that straight racing is a must for trainers with dogs that don't go to good on turns but are great up the straight+seeing the imbeciles that run our sport have rules that stop people from using there mates track it gives people a chance to get there dogs fit.
We need a capalaba track at a better location+that location ain't up with horses at bundamba IMO.

Truck,of course Racing Qld will give Capalaba preference to TAB over Bundaberg because it will have little affect on market share compared to Bundaberg,the greyhound representative clowns Racing Qld are listening to couldn't care less about Bundaberg being MORE deserving of TAB than Capalaba,their prioritys are totally wrong.

When Cap results are published, there are never any sponsors names for the individual events It can't be that hard to get a $10 sponsor for each race which would subsequently be in the race book & on the dogs website, who knows, maybe in the results section of the local paper/s NOT TRYING HARD ENOUGH !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kev i had a gander on the RQL+QRIC sites but i can't find them,you would think they would be available so we knew who they were. Who is our RQL delegate,i have no idea myself.
Does anyone out there no wat site i can look up to find out the above info thanks.

Bundaberg send thru the results religiously by the closing time recommended to the Courier Mail for publishing in the Sunday paper. Rarely if ever they are published. Unless we only get the early copy up here and come out in a later edition.

Are they going to use the live streaming coverage or fork out for the links & bearers (which is at great expense)? In this day & age with technology the way it is, we have secure internet connections. Bundaberg has NBN. Fastest possible internet available. Set up a secure connection. We also have TAB set up where we can use the oncourse tote (TAB) to bet on the local greyhounds if needed. Have in recent times when no bookmaker. Switch it over to national instead of local. So whats the hold up? Set up Capalaba & Cairns also. Supply the service to the remaining 3 clubs. It wouldnt cost an arm & a leg to do. These tracks already have camera men & race callers in place. These are run like a metro track. Have it live streamed. Put all races on he TAB to bet on. If punters use it, its a bonus. Only takes a bit of time to set up race fields onto the computer. They can do it for whoop whoop trots out of Belgium or similar, Argentina gallops. Do they have links & bearers in place.
Why are country clubs being penalised by HQ not keeping up with technology & growing the product?

One thing both Capalaba and Bundy can be commended on is they both put their respective replays up. Only a handful of non-TAB clubs in NSW do the same. Surely it can't be that hard in 2017.
