The gbota and the alliance are made up of the participants ie race clubs that put on races and paying members of the gbota, the rest of us that arent members are participants as well ie we own dogs and breed dogs whatever...but you can still have a say in the future of the sport, so can anyone, but to be in Brentons spot or a position of power to change things you need to work for it if you want it like he did!

They've allegedly asked GRNSW for funding to fix up Lismore n Gosford, while the rest of the industry is starving. They have their hand out quickly. . The way I see it, is GRNSW is still run by the Liberal Govt who was supported by the Alliance so they're now asking to remember them, instead of remembering the entire Industry which is slowly being choked to death.
Tor it was the Participants that Marched in Sydney,Robert Bosak, Ray Hadley,Alan Jones,Fred Nile & the Orange bi election that got us back racing if you think different your on another planet.

I didn't think i was attacking you just stating the facts,everyone is entitled to there point of view & opinion just that some see it in different ways.I too was at the rally lobbied sent emails to pollies & i still wear my yellow shirt & have stickers all over my car & Display & wear them proudly.Because as you & i know we have been screwed from the onset.

Fair enough Mick, just saying lots of people have anger they want to direct at someone or something its a very touchy subject as you cant please everyone and we are trying to please way too many people. Thing is its the people that come in now that will make the difference after this restructure, there are lots of great people in the sport, hopefully they all can have a say and the sport can get on with it. I get a feeling we just say yes sir no sir at the moment then once we actually get someone with balls into power they will renegotiate some of this unsustainable/stupid ideas and hopefully have plans to increase the revenue.
