All the issues in the 2017 bill should have been dealt with ages ago, there is nothing new in any of the issues in the 2017 bill that wasn't an issue several years ago. What we are seeing is a board that was paid to do a job that they didn't do. I'm surprised nobody asked them what work they actually did whilst being paid a small fortune in wages.
