The blue "lure" actually came off at the trip/box rise.

Couldn't say what caused it, but in essence the entire race was run without the "lure", simply the hoop arm.

Just goes to show today's lures are of no interest to the greyhounds - no any wonder failing to chase and race interference is on the rise.

the stewards report states no dogs inconvenienced by the lure coming off,how do they know that, did all dogs race keenly with no lure.
