We have him in round two Peter, I also think the One in the race has the best draw by a mile. All about qualifying

I have a good luck at your race not a punting race and i really cant figure it out really hard race so as you say lets just hope you qualify and at this point thats all that matters
Considering i was really disapointed at the draw didnt think it was that great of a derby but after the 1st round and now the draw for the 2nd round the way it work out im starting to think other wise
Good luck for thursday also gary its game on

He looks a very strong dog and only a baby really. I honestly believe if we get around the first two bends unscathed we could qualify and thats what its all about really at this stage.
I don't for one minute think we will be running 550 yards on Derby final night however, on Thursday he started to drive the first bend and maybe the penny has dropped with him.
His two wins there was an improvement of 20 spots and if he could improve again at that rate we could go another couple of weeks

If your dog gets around the first two bends unscratched unless someone digs a big hole down the back straight for him to fall into he will be inthe first 3
No doubt

When I visit Ireland I am staggered that betting shops do not give a service on Irish greyhounds but freely get on UK dogs.I could could let the turnover simply by putting Irish dogs into pubs and betting shops. Also most betting is with track bookies instead of tote. Get the tote to offer fixed odds and your stake money will gallop ahead.its 2017 for God,s sake. By the way I love Ireland.

Just my opinion gary but i think you will need all the luck inthe world on saturday as how the trap draw has worked out i can see a disater at the first bend and i see de rossi getting the wrong end of it i think 6 will be in your way at first bend and 1 and 4 will be up ur inside if you were in 6 i see completely differant
I wish you all the luck thats needed but think your playing for 3rd at best even with a clean run race
Hope de rossi proves me wrong gary but thats how i see it and you ask me lol

I understand exactly Peter what you are saying but I think the 6 can miss it and we will without doubt start better on Saturday.
I think the 4 will be away and gone and the one will lead two but might get checked because the 4 will be in front.
If we can hold the 6 into the bend and then its game on for us to qualify
Whatever happens he is ready to be stepped up now and I think he just maybe a little bit special over 750 yards
He is very well

It is a very interesting Heat but a shame that Cable Bay is out as he is an Iron dog.
Harold cannot afford to miss his break like last week as Black Farren will take his Ground at the Corner and Lemon Pete is well capable of capitalising on any mistakes.
Jaytee Barracuda will have the whole outside of the Track to himself and has pace to burn.
If Harold traps in his normal fashion and clocks 29.40, then he will win but it is really all about qualifying at this stage.
Unlike Peter, I would see the race falling well for Di Rossi as I had originally thought that himself and Cable Bay could have been looking for the same seam at the third bend but now, unless he traps too well, which I think would leave him in a very awkward position going into the bend, it looks to me to be tailor made for him to pick off at least one of the front runners off the last bend.
It's great to be involved in it and obviously I will be rooting for Harold to succeed where his mother just failed and win a Major Classic at Shelbourne Park

Hi David,
I absolutely love Harold and I think last week he showed he does not have to lead to win. In my opinion he is a potential derby winner and even if he missed it would be in front of the second bend. I hope he will leave a gap for us to follow him home.
I also really like Native Chimes but he is trap dependent and heavily favours the inside. The Rocket is an absolute superstar as is Sonic but i do get the feeling there is a chance he misses it later on in the comp. Saturday i think he is a stand out bet and 1/5 tells you everyone else does.
