You certainly don't need a University Degree to work out who the "DILLS" are.
Until Dale Cartwright and his fellow interstate board members pull Grey2K welcoming Scott Parker and his fellow Antis into line and abandon many of the breeding restrictions the greyhound industry will continue to diminish. But then that's their agenda isn't it?

Brett lee another champion that started racing at 16mth. Let trainers decide when there dogs are good to go. This waiting to 15mths 16mths to break dogs in is owner driven thing imo because someone told them thats what everyone does. Wrong!!! And i would say theres more none hands on participant than ever before.$350,000 dollar group ones being the incentive. Some rearers not touching owners dogs until there being put on transport to breakers.Hences the think tank/participant suggestions of better rearing practices ect ect grv listened to the complaints and are doing now what the squeaking wheels wanted fixed. And now we have a circus of new laws and less experienced people involved due to the older gen leaving in droves. All these participant days where owners trainers where giving grv feed back on best practice well sounds like they listen to the loud minority. Owner wanting best practise need to get hand on or you will get burnt. If you lucky enough to have found all the links in the chain that are getting you the desired results well done. Many haven't.
