Hi Ted,well said mate, maybe some have forgotten about the narrow minded, tunnel visioned people who have "pigeon holed" greyhound breeders, trainers & owners since the introduction of greyhound racing in this country, most of us know or have been affected by a small % of participants, who have won races/prize money & on the punt by...well,lets say, using unfair & illegal methods. The most important & pertinent point is to weed these types out & barred for life,no if's,no but's,not only our industry, but the racing industries as a whole, but whether that can be achieved or not,it is certainly discriminative for anyone to assume, that every participant in the 3 racing code's are low life cheat's.For the record, apart from Iterdominon series or the the Miracle mile,i have no intrest in harness racing at all & as far as the greyhound industry being bent over by our % of money from Tabcorp in relation to the harness industry, that isn't the fault of the good, decent people involved on harness, just our bad luck that some bright spark agreed upon year's ago.

G"day Daryl, Everything that you said is true and I agree with but it gets to a stage that you don't just turn a blind eye to where the money is coming from and don't allow yourself to profit from an injustice that has been going for YEARS and YEARS and YEARS....An OBVIOUS injustice and one that has cost YOUR Greyhound People somewhere in the vicinity of 300 MILLION DOLLARS....AND continues to cost your Greyhounds around 20 MILLION DOLLARS ....PER YEAR!!!

For that sort of investment in their Industry ...you would think that SOME Harness people could make themselves heard on our behalf....I wont hold my breath.

Hi Robert, yeah, that's a fair bit of coin mate, but if that is to be fixed, our industry leader's need to sit down with those responsible for the money distribution & at least try to get a far fairer deal for us,but how that would be achieved is anyone's guess, especially given the previous pathetic deal that was agreed upon, maybe that could be in the way of a "compassion plea" if you like,& also mention the fact the money that was generated by NSW greyhound racing during the Equine Influenza outbreak that crippled horse/harness racing, albeit some year's ago now.It is said that," if you don't ask,you don't get...

And it's as plain as the bl00dy pimple on my nose to see Nathan, after Archie's report....As I don't waste a second watching this sport. Horses for courses.
Shut the bastards down.
Those that are involved in the deception that is, & start at the top.
Lets see just how tough or weak our decision makers are.
Archie's on a roll & he's gathering momentum.
