Antis have multiple twitter accounts for just this purpose. There is no limit to how many accounts a single person can have providing they have created an email account - which isn't difficult. To my mind these 'polls' are pretty pointless. The only ones that matter and catch these extremists out is the legitimate one person one vote as happened in overturning the Australian ban.

No twitter account so I couldn't vote. Plus with G2K posting it on their FB page and having 184,000 followers they can really get the vote out.
Impressive though that pro-racers/public cast almost 9,000 votes on Twitter in 24 hrs in favour of saving racing. It shows our social media presence is growing.
