Hello everyone is it possible to Appeal a decision from vet and steward with a injury as my pup went slightly lame And now all OK they gave her 42 days straight up which is unfair but things happen if I get a statement from my vet stating she is all good to race will they over turn.

Simon, check the steward's report after race 12 at the Meadows last night. Obviously it is possible in Victoria, so just check with the stewards in NSW.

Hi Simon in Tassie the vet gave my bitch 60 days I had to have her vetted on race day with steward present and she was cleared in 35 days and I had been trialling her for a fortnight before that .
