I assume you have catchers you pay at the track?

Find one who can handle the dog and inform the Stewards BEFORE kenneling who will be the handler.

Surely you have friends in the industry that will be on track that can help you out.
As long as they are currently licenced and you notify the authorities you shouldn't have a problem.

Simon,
If you have a word with one of the stewards at kennelling time they will introduce you to someone who will help. They usually wouldn't want remuneration (unless thats what they do to make a buck ) but you can always buy them a beer. You might make a new mate.
