Peter, Its quite ironic that you blame or criticise participants. Take your theories or ideas to the authorities. Which one will be up to you. They are good ideas so dont waste any more of your time with us and see how you go. I think Ive already advised you to do so. Please get back to us when they respond.

Michael,
You are one sick puppy. Politically correctness, musical merit, and appropriateness probably mean nothing to you.
I like it.

It probably has something to do with my sugar levels, Ross. Need to cut back on the minties.

Another Trial track closes in outer east of Melbourne Perhaps a fruit and Veg bag on the arm may be a suggestion from Mark But no input coming forth from Mark on how to incentivise Greyhounds to chase

This was evidence as to how concerned Michael is about the future of The Greyhound Industry Another Trial track closes in outer east of Melbourne Perhaps a fruit and Veg bag on the arm may be a suggestion from Michael But no input coming forth from Michael on how to incentivise Greyhounds to chase

Ross and you prefer to lend your support to Michaels selection of Australian music in preference to the future of The Greyhound Industry Another Trial track closes in outer east of Melbourne Perhaps a fruit and Veg bag on the arm may be a suggestion from Ross But no input coming forth from Ross on how to incentivise Greyhounds to chase

The link seemed to have an immediate connection to the thread, but the more I thought about it, the more meaningful it became. Like a piece of paint art, its up for interpretation. How obscure yet so clear.
I give you your first agree, but its more of a like.

And still nothing constructive from Mark Mark - Scenario your House is burning to the ground - You have 2 choices you go inside to ring the Fire Brigade or you get the neighbour to Call them and you use the Garden Hose to put it out til they arrive.
The Greyhound Industry will fold unless the participants get off their A#S@

Ok Pete, we all have nothing constructive to add, why don't you get off your ASS and start the ball rolling, instead of sitting there, adding fuel to the fire....

Throw your boomerang (idea) at the authorities and wait for it (response) to come back. I urge you. Tick Tock !

I already have Malcolm I was hoping to receive input from TRAINERS - remember I haven't put a lead on a Greyhound But no - Little from those who are affected most
No input from Antagonists and Demolishers Some input to add to the submission from Creators, via private messages, with some added comments about some GD Members.
Look for the outcomes on Facebook Greyhound Data page. Better quality of response from Social Media.

Mark Clearly you are not reading the posts - Just interpreting Michael put forth The Boomerang - Not me. Your input says it all.
How many more Trial Tracks need to close before you realise the "House is a Inferno"

Peter I appreciate you are trying to invoke an Industry lead conversation on techniques that could be employed to overcome the removal of chase incentives eg hides/scent etc however, you have to accept the participants are worn out trying to have their voice/expertise/opinions heard. For example Newson spent considerable funds with the Universities and the WDA to research and develop new standards and techniques for rearing and education - remember the "sell" - anecdotal science based research to assist participants transition to the new regulations (read as no forms of animal incentives, including synthetic materials)-so far not a single paper has issued - why because all the "experts" couldn't provide a consistent reliable format to replace past training methods ie without some form of animal based incentive synthetic or otherwise - sure some people are having some success but take a look at the failing to chase incidents both the number and the degree of the interference and you can only agree the product is compromised - the authorities know it - I also suggests they know the answers. In the end simply changing the rules and leaving a void that is resulting in the decline in the racing product and numbers unsuitable for racing, is a failure by those paid to manage and lead the Industry.

Nicholas Thank you for your contribution I will add your words to the presentation I am encouraged that there are some out there as concerned as I am Sitting back will achieve nothing
I remind those sitting on their hands where the Industry would be now if it wasn't for People Power with the threat of industry closure in NSW. People Power moved NSW Premier Mike Baird on. People Power can achieve the same result for less powerful people.
