RONALD, can you fill us in on some of these papers or at least tell us where we can obtain copies of them.
It might give us a bit of insight on his qualifications to carry out his job.

Nothing wrong with his resume,except for his connection with the RSPCA, but then GRNSW would have been well aware of this,
