I posted an advert for a bitch I was selling on Greyhound Data around 5 days ago via my laptop.
I left my laptop alone for a few days and was checking to see replies to the advert on my office computer and mobile phone (but not my laptop).
I was showing (still am) as receiving 0 replies on my Greyhound Data account on the office computer and mobile phone but when I checked my laptop last night I had 21 messages on the same account.
You may have an issue with Private Messages only showing on the device an advert was posted on rather than on any device.

I have just found a private message when checking my box but the Private Messages was not showing red as it has done in the past when there is a message waiting.

I did hear the red light was a concern for some people so the team maybe had no other choice maybe but to remove it .
I hear maybe a nice Yellow or magenta light will be trialed over the coming weeks ....
Any suggestion would be welcome imo

The red issue was fixed but depending on when the message was sent it should go red. To clarify if the message was sent before we fixed it turning red it still would not go red. If it is a recent message and your Private messages did not turn red then it was not fixed properly and I will get back to our I.T. to try again. I have sent you all a test message please let me know if it is working.
