I applied to my local council to keep extra dogs and got rejected (thanks neighbours) because we "haven't lived there long enough" and "the dogs might bark"
Council have even come out and were happy with my kennels and my current dogs.

Looking for ideas to make the area more soundproofed. The dogs aren't barkers outside of dinner time or strangers in their yard. The kennel other area is in a carport type area. Not exactly a room but has a roof, concrete floors, drainage and is surrounded on 4 sides ( house, fence, fence and large screen of plants)

I was thinking mass loaded vinyl against the kennel fences might do the trick but am worried it might get really hot and would stop air flow.

Any ideas? Sorry this was so long :)
