Seriously my heart goes out to the victim & family. This tragedy could have obviously been avoided if they aledged had called a cab or similar. Mid-range was his recording. He should have known better at his age.

I agree Steven. Yeah, mid Mid Range so way too high to be driving.
Karma is a bitch, but I have no sympathy for the alleged offender.
