It certainly was an exciting race to watch !

Yes it was. When I saw what he'd run to the back, I thought if HSR hadn't got such a clear run on the inside he wld have been 5 in front of TT down the back, which is a real WOW factor for me anyway.

I think we can safely call him a champion now

He takes on the Group 1's and he puts them away

And to think that a lot of people "shunned "& swayed away from
Roman nosed dogs, they would beleive in a photo finish, where a sht 1/2 head might be the winning margin, they would lose 9 out of 10 times,no such theory to worry about with this bloke !! LOL.

From our experiences we have found most roman nosed K9s are very honest chasers Just a comment.

I see he's off to Meticulous Lodge at a very reasonable $2500.

Deserves every chance at Stud. Champion chaser

Maybe Meticulous Lodge can help support Greyhound data and take out a Diamond Membership ..

Great dog chased hard

$2500 IMO is too expensive for a unknown Sire considering the amount of Sires around today who have just as good or better credentials ...

He has the very best DNA but so does 50 other current sires sitting there twiddling their thumbs because they over priced themselves when first going to stud ...

How many Barcia Bale Sons are at Stud now.

Why has it taken so long to get a Top Barcia Bale Son at Stud it should of happened years ago if you consider how old BB was when he first started in the stud game ...

Damline traces to the start of the Osti Line i.e. Silky Echo

There are quite a few variations of that branch that can be woven in to linebreed his pedigree further back down the line

I love the Sire Best Of Blue
I remember i think Allan Evens had him and Mr Chatters on the road serving broods .
I loved reading Alans cryptic messages each week in the Greyhound paper

Interesting Best of Blue and Mr Chatters was part of the first ever frozen semen exported to the USA along with HeadHoncho and few others at the time the Yanks were splitting at 100 mill the Aussie Sires had to use one ejectulate as one Vial incredibtle to think today there is a vial of Head Honcho Semen that was never split so in todays climate it could be used for possibly 6 vials depending on what he was splitting here is Australia when a full book ment 18 broods a month every month for year after year it was incredible to think the old time Sires would back up every day or second day and todays Stud Masters are hesitant to draw once a week

Re- the Barcia Bale hasn't produced a sire comment.

Dyna Double One produced some handy progeny. Aston Dee Bee, Mepunga Blazer etc have started off well. Very early in the stud careers of a number of BB sons.

Great sire line that has just kept going with superstars
From temlee to brother fox to walkabout sid to head honcho to go wild teddy to barcia bale
Barcia bale will have over 15 sons stud in 2021
Ov His top 20 offspring i can see 11 dogs going to keep this sire line going for many yrs to come

I think there was a problem with him and he is now back in work. He is with Tony Brett in Queensland.
