why put a new calendar up that only goes to the 5th july theres no button to press to forward on to the following months makes it impossible to set a dog for a race not knowing whats programmed ahead and it looks like the old website calendar wont be updated either

HELP-I have the same problem with the Calendar -found it somewhere else but forget where-
Also I have a bar that states headings such as RACING VIDEOS etc right across the top which blocks out the page content underneath it for about 6 lines. Does anyone else have this problem?
Can anyone tell me how to fix it please?
I use a 3 year old Apple IMAC Desktop.

I know this won't solve your current problem but it will give you an idea of what you should initially be seeing on the home page - EXTERNAL LINK As you can see "Calendar" appears along the top, fourth category across. If you click "Calendar" you should see the following - EXTERNAL LINK Perhaps if you can upload a screenshot (go to - snipboard.io) of what you are seeing it might help?
Assuming things are functioning correctly you should be able to click on the "up/down" symbols to the right of "Calendar" to scroll through the months - EXTERNAL LINKEXTERNAL LINK

Does anyone know how to delete the list of notifications?
My list shows everything I've received since the new site opened.
G'day Tony,yeah...it's bloody marvelous,isn't it ! LOl,but the answer is..NO,..i don't think you can,it's bloody ridiculous. There are still multiple problems with this " new " site,intrestingly,the form guide at Wenty are printed off from the " old " site...i wonder why...,hope you're well brother,lol.

Unfortunately Tony I can't assist either, but like yourself I have the same problem, although it doesn't really bother me that much in truth.
Whilst on glitches with the new site and particularly 'The Blackbook', I have noticed that certain dogs that are listed on the old site are not listed on the new site (not in database?), thus meaning you cannot add them to your Blackbook (no email updates/information, etc.).

Is it just me or is the site slowing up? I've noticed that it's taking longer to load a new page/function when you click to bring something up.
G'day David,you have to re-enter you're dog's &trainers into the "new " site mate,if you go to the search bar ( top right hand corner ),type in their name,then when it brings up up their details,you can add them into you're blackbook that way,or,if you see them in the race fields ,tap on that dog & you can add them that way too.You can get notifications by choosing which "options " you want to recieve. Once you are finished that lonnggg,slow & painful process,get you're self a cuppa,or a " beverage " of you're choice, & de-stress...ya gunna need it,ha ha ha. Hope this helps mate.

Yes same here. The response time is terrible lately. Very hard to load and navigate especially on a mobile device.

Thanks for your post/assistance, I appreciate your time, but unfortunately I think you misunderstood my post/the problem.
In short, the dog(s) which I am looking to add to my 'Blackbook'(new site), aren't actually in the database? if you type their name in the search box they do not appear, nor do they appear against their trainer's name, yet, if you go on the old site they appear?
Two dogs specifically that I have tried to search for/add have yet to race, so maybe their names may not become "active" on the new site until they are entered into a race, but there in lies the problem, without being able to add their names I won't know ...unless I keep checking all the fields on a daily basis.
Usually appear when they have been entered into a trainer's kennel
They rarely appear without a trainer assigned to them even though on Fasttrack the dogs could have been officially named for months

Why are we still having to log in to look at form guides? GRV clearly are the leader now in this area. I have had all sorts of issues logging into the new site on other devices outside of my home PC. This includes changing a password which doesn't even work when prompted. Not good at all.

I have had a lot of annoying things happening lately with our apple incl the new site as mentioned earlier with theca lender etc. Friends,relatives (all selfaclaimed pretty ofay with computers) + myself had a go without putting even a dent in the problems & then I called Computer Troubleshooters. Got the computer back today & although I still like the old Dogs site for most things the new site is working well ( even the calendar) Turns out auto updates of software weren't always occurring & this over the last few years had some affect on our hard-drive. Great to have a responsive computer again.
Sorry David,i get it now,this is a problem inherited from the " old site ",from what i was told back then,it was to do with Ozchase & until they are drawn to race ,you can't add them to you're blackbook,but i noticed Sandro could have the answer to get around that. Cheers mate.

I take on board what you say, and yes that generally is the case, however, and whilst it isn't the end of the world, in this instance both the dogs in question have been "assigned" to trainers. They appear on both the GRV site and the old dogs site, however, neither dog appears on the new site.
Neither the dogs name, nor against their trainer? ...there will be an explanation no doubt.
Hi All, Between trying to use the new "The Dogs" site, and or trying to have a bet with NSW Tab , Iam sure we are not wanted in this state, to continue,?? Somebody tell me how old?? was the old site, and if the new has not been finished/tried the lot how come it has been put into circulation at all ; worse still trying to answers, or help from Darlinghurst is impossible in itself ?? The TAB are still training operators on our daily greyhound meets, so betting is near impossible too, just look at the Pools ,they tell the story unfortunately ,I don't want to see the figures that come out for this nor the next year, Sandro do we still have a board member as our rep. on the TAB Board Meets , Bob Glover

Where do you find the ownership of dogs on the site?
G'day Tony, that is in the detailed form mate,there is a tab on the very fer right like this, < ,tap on that & it drops down the full detailed form,you will be able to view the owner on that page...hopefully.

Tony,
If you go to the new website.
For pure example, if we use Casino 23/07/20 - if you go to fields and click on 'VIEW'.
The race fields will appear, if you click on Race 1 (R1) at the top of the page you will then see the fields, and the following headings ...Field and Form/Short Form and Export Form.
If you click EXPERT FORM it will bring up the dogs name (in this case - ALLONSY TO PARIS) you will now clearly see the OWNER - John James ...if you click John James, it will highlight all the dogs he owns, etc.
Alternatively, if you know the owners name, or would like to search for an owner, in the search box type the persons name, it will come up with a list of dogs they own, or if not it will give you the option to retype the persons name and click on owners.
