what are the trial distances at bathurst and rough break in times for first time runs ?

18.20 with around 10 run home for pup 15-16 months old is a handy time i think personally , going off race winning times average wins 17.90 and breaking 10 run home

It all depends on if they are getting broken in from the 720m boxes or 307m boxes, how many hand slips they've had prior, age, maturity, fitness, etc.

I've had dogs break in elsewhere good go to Bathurst and run 19:50+ 1st look, but with a couple of trials bring it down to sub 18:20
