Emm Gee 5-1

Jaycue 10-1

Stainesy's Pride 10-1

Steevmarti 16-1

Vandaa 33-1

Diamond Dazzla 50-1 ( firmed from 66's due this post )

Reserves to be picked at Committees Discretion based upon total bias points accrued.

Brother Tony & Simmering Saunders would be my choices based on past performances & potential, lol.

What odds would i be ...i have to be a good bet at even money

Anyone wanting to run please put forward your name ...

I give MG 10 to 1 ..He normally starts later in the year ..

I give JQ 7 to 1 ..He has potential of upsetting the Fav ...

Bruce has a huge lead but he may fall close to the line he is a veteran
i rate him a $1.10 Fav at this stage of the year

Hang on, what's this all about?
I missed something here.....

Is it for the most annoying person on data?
I'll have 5 bucks on a rank outsider....Mal Smart.
Not personal, I like Mal, but he is the all time record holder for 'disagrees' when we had the agree/disagree button.
I think me and Brucey were neck and neck on 18 each at one stage but Mal came along and got into the 30s....blew us all away.

Hey, did I breed, rear, own and train those 2 bitches?
Wow, that's impressive JQ.

Well I'm shocked...it's not like you to be a skite and brag, Quinny!
Nor ask yourself a question and then answer it.

No, I'll stick to the BT/JQ combo thanks.
Things can go wrong in a Grey race...you two were a lay down mezaire.

There you go...I'm into 7/2.
You keep leading with your chin I'll be equal fav shortly.

Vandaa at 33s, I'll have some of that.
He's been proven to find a few lengths from heat to final, whereas the outspoken one goes backwards.

Sorry MG, I'm the only one with the intelligence level to answer such brilliant questions. Where is the agree button these days....

G'day Ryan, going ok mate,hope your'e well.
When NSW lost Harold Park,we lost the opportunity for geniune
one turn greyhounds ( up to 457 mtrs ),to race for City prizemoney.Sure,we still have Bulli & Maitland, but they are not at City class prizemoney, over the years we have also lost two other "one turn " tracks,Singleton & Cessnock,so options for greyhounds who are far better suited to these type of tracks is very very limited in this state. But apart from being a one turn City track,Harold Park & the others mentioned,& catered fo greyhounds who were adaptable to one turn & two turn tracks over distances further than 457 mtrs,Harold Park & others also raced over 600, 640,686 & 732 mtrs all at essentially one track, but importantly,a lot less interference, race falls & injuries.
Ryan i have been saying this for many years about building a World Class Racing Complex at Richmond,it could & would be the Premier
Racing complex, not only in Australia, but the world...two type of tracks at the one NSW Venue.
Maybe i am being too nostalgic, but some of the best & finest greyhounds came out of one turn track's, Chief Havoc,Zoom Top,Marcareena Black Top,Miss Hi Lo,Shy Julie,Toni's Comic Brother Fox,The Ringer, & lets not forget Wi ifred Bale alo g with one of my favorites, Gleefullee.I could go on but i would be he all day,but in short Ryan,my reasoning is stated within my reply.
Stay well mate,(When are you going to " pen " a book on breeding,i'm not getting any you ger mate lol ),still waiting for NBAR,he might be in the paddock & come back for the Spring ??.
See ya mate.

...i will say this again,Syney Metro needs another one turn track that races at City prize money level....

G'day Daryl, how's it going.............can you pls explain the reasons for this ? If it's only to cater for dogs that cant quite get 500m and prevent wastage fair enuf or even as a stepping stone to the 500m trip, but I can only remember 1 really outstanding dog (there were probably others), that was a specialist 450m type that was ok at 500m and had a stud career - his name was ironically Exceptional - a very very special type over that trip.

So I guess I'm questioning the value of this esp at city prizemoney if the return is for less than a handful of superstar types say over a ten yr period of time. Obviously you see it differently, so just asking. Cheers m8.

Couldnt agree more Daryl. It not only would cater for more dogs and reduce wastage. But, create plenty of intrigue as well.

Dogs from the past like Snow Report was tearing up Harold Park with sheer speed. With the big question at the time...would he handle the tight Wentworth Park track. Whens he going to venture to Wenty? It took him ages to venture to Wenty, but when he did the hype was huge and he didnt let himself down breaking 31sec running 30.95 first look. This moment still stays in my mind to this day.

Again, it was the same with Brother Fox. From memory he got beat first go. But, the following week made amends in devastating fashion...missing the start then exploding to the lead at the first bend to race away running a near record 30.65!

Then you had the queen of Wentworth Park Turbo Top...a winner all up of 20 wins at Wenty, who never could win at Harold Park.

And the champion National Lass who was not quite as good at Harold Park as she was at Wentworth Park. As a result was sent out at 9/2 ($4.50) 3rd or 4th pick in the betting in a star studded Summer Cup final...yet when it counted most the champion rose to the occasion exploding to the lead and defying the field to run her down that incredibly long Harold Park straight...where you werent home til you hit the line.

Then you had dual classic winner at Harold Park Paris In Spring who when Harold Park was closed in 1987 was what I would say a danger to herself and others at the only city track Wentworth Park. She just wouldnt take the tight bends at Wenty...it was that dangerous.they stopped racing her there after a couple of starts.

And so it goes on. Two tracks of different shape and style. Would increase interest and intrigue than the norm. People were buzzing about the unknown when we had to different style tracks.

Bring them back I say!

This is the second time in a week you've dropped me in the
"Doo Doo" Daryl.

I'm going to sit back and bite my tongue for a while and when you least expect it, fly home with a Bernborough-like finish to get the chocolates. P-)

You know I can talk under water with a mouth full of marbles.
Even if it doesn't make sense....
HeHeHe..
