Just needing clarification on the GRV website when looking at a sires litters conceived and what does the question mark mean exactly !
Some litters are over 4 months old with a question mark to them and yet same sire has litters 6 weeks old with numbers announced ?
If question marks are a nil result , whats going on with Aston rupee? At what stage or percentages need to be hit where consumers are losing out either with minimal pups 1-3 or a year wasted on their brood and a stud dog is deemed not acceptable?
There are studs out there hitting 70 percent for 8 pups or more ! Aston is at 50 percent for none or 1-3 ?
Or is it another case of suck it up for the breeder

Is it a coincidence that blank ?? litters are not Vic. bred? Bit of slack attitude in other jurisdictions perhaps.

The question mark is pups that aren't bred in Victoria. Any other state the pup numbers aren't put up until after ear branding and is just a question mark.
I have a broodie that was mated almost 4 weeks ago and the mating isn't even on there yet. Just takes a bit for interstate data to reach GRV site

Interstate matings , thanks Matt !
So when a dog moves interstate we get under 2 weeks for kennel notification which effects 2 Poeple , trainer and owner !
But a stud dogs info which could effectively impact hundreds of persons choices in collecting data on performance , they are allowed up to 4 months to supply results ? Makes sense doesnt it !
Let us know how many pups Matt if could please
Cheers

As I understand it Fasttrack is the system owned by Victoria GRV.
GRV put the Vic bred numbers up as soon as the litter is registered at 7 or 14 days. For NSW they seem to sweep the data once the identification stewards sites the greyhound pups at 3 months of age. Not sure on the other states . Agree it would be good if consistency was found in this area.
