You're right Brett. They're generally full of worms.

Hi Gayle , organic is better from your health food shop. If using organic use twice a week.
Cheers Jack.

Each to their owns preference , many ways or types of preferred meat . Personally I used premium roo mixed with beef also for years jack , end conclusion wouldnt use it again .

The process of roo from bush to fridge which takes days and what happens during that time varies way too much , its use by date compared to premium beef doesnt even compare and was always such a hassle !

A batch would Turn black within 3 days 2 times out of every 5 deliveries , trying to race dogs at peak for certain races with so much inconsistency in freshness was a disaster .

Then u have to supplement the fat levels due to roo only containing 2-5% way too low

And to top it off , its the highest price ?

If it floods or heavy rain , whos going out to catch em ? No one can !

Beef is almost opposite in every category..

1.Cheaper
2.Fat content close to be correct
3. Longer expire date
4. More consistent grade of meat
5. More likely to be in stock no matter the weather rain or drought

A trainer has a lot to do already without worrying about carrots and cider to counter balance a possible negative in meat bought for top dollar !

Overall , beef is your best bet , thats from years of dealing with roo from an A grade meat supplier

Just another opinion , cheers

I have to agree with Nathan that good quality beef is the best option for all the reasons Nathan has mentioned
