Had a couple I have named & raced Beez Knees great pup who tore his Achilles & returned but 60% only. His half brother Cutting Corners won Tassie, Victoria, ACT, NSW but not QLD where I live, from memory 22 2nds 11 wins 10 3rds Keepie had him at Casino as an old racer & who was the starter there also, he used to drop his bed in the betting ring & hook his leed on a bookie stand while he was doing his track work before kenneling when one night a lady approached him & asked him was he a steward, he said sort of & she respond that there was a dead greyhound in the betting ring, he asked her did she have a dog racing that night & she said yes race 7 as they walked into the betting ring, Keepie then dug Cutting Corners in the ribs waking him up & introduce him as the likely winner of race 7 which he did. Hez Boby Dazzler loved the dog only won 9 but won the big punt ones.
My mate Dave Bindley & I raced Sheza Rippa who we sold to race in New Zealand for $12,000 after she won her maiden 0.01 off track record went on to win I think 37 races $65,000 & has produced some nice racers over there. We bred from her mum Fogelberg a prolific county racer for Ron Brooks & Dave Plummer & have race his brothers Easy Eddie & Little Ripper who raced last Monday & put together 5 in a row recently including setting the Bundy 315 track record as a 4+ yr old.
Getting harder to get good names with the naming restrictions.
