Hi all a meeting is being held after racing this Friday night 30th September to estabilish a Track Supporters Club in Newbridge Greyhound Stadium. All are welcome to attend and get involved.
PC Going by the price you have him up at on the form guide the "Champers" will be on ice for a bit longer.Or is this just a sprat being thrown out I wonder ?

Thanks John / Paul Delighted with the great turn out of greyhound people at the first meeting of the Club.Good discussions from all present.Basically the end result is that we are looking for a once off 100 yearly joining fee.Stakes will be sponsored on a monthly basis depending on how many members we have.Committee members will be at the track on race nights so if interested contact them or myself and I will fill you in on the plan. Update After just two weeks on the go we already have seventy paid up members. Truly delighted with the response. The first stake the club is sponsoring is a 525 A5 or Lower stake.All entries welcome and they must have ran two races and members will get first preference provided they enter in plenty of time.Starting weekend Fri 11th or Sat 12th Nov 2011.

Now over the 130 mark. First stake started last night(A5) and it looks a fairly evenly balanced contest at the moment. We are sponsoring the A1 550 on tonights card which is the offical reopening night and a great crowd is expected. Thanks for all your support and looking foward to those whom have not joined up yet getting in touch. All you have to do is approach any committee member and they will fill you in on the plans.

Dec Stakes we are sponsoring are A2 Dual Distance 525-550 12 Dogs @ 20 Winner 700. A3 Dual Distance 575-600 12 Dogs @ 20 Winner 700.
Member get preference provided entered in plenty of time. Semi-Finals Sat 10th Dec. Final Sat 17th Dec.
