Switched to this from a cheaper brand & they have all started shitting loose & doesnt it stink!!! Havent had this problem before I switched & eased them into it by mixing there old kibble with the new. I think I was charged $63 for the bag. What a waste of money. Heading out today to go back to the old stuff. Was cheaper but didnt give them the runs like this.
What is the product in it that is too rich to make them do this?

Dig out an old Topic, 'Reg Kay Training Methods' written by David Brasch. May give you something to think about.

We use it on all our dogs and have for years. Never had a problem that I could blame on the kibble. And only pay$37 a bag not $63.

from the reg kaye training tread , Reg uses Coprice a working dog kibble. Ive tried all the expensive brands and the different brands and have always come back to this one, he said. It costs $40 a bag, contains beef, chicken and rice, 25 percent protein and 15 percent fat. And its an Australian product
we also use this and it costs $30.00 for a 20kgs bag here in vic

Ron..I use Supercoat adult and have never had a problem re performance or loose stools..I have found the box 1 type of kibbles to be a bit on the wheaty base side..box 1 is known to cause loose stools in some dogs..basicly broken up 4x4 biscuits...new hype packaging a few years back..but in saying that..goodluck to those who are having success with it.I found buying Supercoat from Big W to be better value for me over the expensive petfood shops. Cheers

I'm getting it for $26.80 a bag. One bag or a pallet, same price.

we only breed and rear . so not too concerned about the ingredients
bit harder if you have race dogs , need to be a chemist these days to try and race drug free ,

Coprice. Petstock in Stawell, was selling it for $70.00 for 2 bags. Went up all of a sudden for $ 90.00 for 2 bags, and then for 1 bag $49.95 something like that. They blamed the drought, I thought they were just been ars**les because one of their competitors shut shop. New business recently opened up and started around 37, now sitting at 40.00 per bag. I don't mind supporting this new business. Looking forward to finding a new menu option without the green tea. Thanks Peter for highlighting it too.

There is one called dogpro which is Australian made. It comes in a couple of varieties I think such as working dog formula etc. It is usually under $30 but it is very digestible. Unlike other kibbles if you soak it in any kind of liquid for more than five minutes it will go to soup which tells me it breaks down in the gut very quickly, all the goodies are absorbed before being passed through the system. It label shows all ingredients including all the different minerals and trace elements and their quantities. It doesnt say contains all the essential vitamins and minerals. Great product. Most dogs will have loose stools for up to two weeks after a change in diet. JMO. Cheers 🍻
