This is going to be one almighty rant.....but I'm afraid that's probably all I've got after getting totally screwed over by a very well known participant/s.

For the last 3 years I have had my broodies and pups at a Central VIC establishment.

12 months ago Person A asked me if they could adopt my aged broodie now that she was retiring. Of course I said yes.
On June 22, 2017 I went on to Fast Track and put in the transfer.

For the next 6 months or so I paid my bills for the remaining 2x bitches and four pups....though the bill always seemed to be a little bit high.
Let's just say their invoicing is haphazard at best.....and me being overseas I just don't have the time or where withall to do a forensic analysis on any bills I am getting.
Stupidly, I trusted them to be doing the right thing and just paid the bills.

A few months ago I arranged the pups to be taken to a pre-trainer, so they insisted that I settle the current bill up until that point so that I would only need to be paying for my 2x broodies after that.
Once again the bill seemed a bit high.....but I paid it.

That left just 2 broodies of mine there.

I didn't get another bill for a couple of months, but this time I was certain that I had been over charged and went back through my records to the previous payment and realised that a $3000 bill (approx) was actually supposed to be $2000.

I pointed this out to them and they came back with a suitable revised figure.

A month later I get another bill and AGAIN it is clearly wrong.

AGAIN I told them the bill was wrong and told them what it was supposed to be (2x bitches @ $60 a week each isn't too hard to figure out).

This time, Person B (who does the accounts) spat the dummy and told me to come and get the bitches.

I organised GTE to pick them up.....but Person B at the pick up point told them there were three bitches that had to go, not 2.

I contacted Person A and told them to sort it out. She had adopted the bitch 12 months ago.....so don't let Person B try to put it in the trailer when GTE collects my two.

"No problem. Thanks. Take care. Person B is being his usual c**t self. So sorry for it all".

So, what happens this morning?
I get a phone call from GTE that they have "my" THREE bitches because Person B insisted they take the extra girl.

So, I tell them to leave it with me. The third bitch isn't mine.....I transferred her 12 months ago. Person B is an asshole and will have to take the bitch back.

I then go online to check Fast Track to see that Person A never accepted the transfer!!!!

The bitch is still listed under my flipping name!

Now I know why my bills were always so high. I've been getting charged $60 a week for a bitch I didn't think I even owned any more!

What's the chance that when I ring GRV tomorrow I will just be told "bad luck.....not our problem"?

The worst part of all this is these people are VERY well known in the industry and came recommended to me by more than one person.

Absolutely fuming!

Mark this is happening everywhere at the moment.GRV will tell u it's a civil case and have no involvement.I have now had to get people to sign contracts or no dogs come on to the property. The best way to sort these people out is to name and shame.

I realise I am screwed when it comes to them not accepting the transfer a year ago......but they will be getting reported to the integrity department tomorrow!

The 3 girls just arrived at their new kennels and the person there has just sent me photos of the third bitch in absolutely horrific condition!

She can barely stand up and has almost no teeth left!

I am so f**king furious right now.

Even the 3yo broody has rotting teeth!

G'day Mark, make sure you send photo's with you're complaint to the integrity dept, this sought of neglect should never, ever happen,EVER,they will probably need a vet's intervention to fix any dental/gum problems now, thanks to that "establishment's",lack of care,(bordering on cruelty),so get them right, keep the vet Bill's,then sue the people involved not only for the vet Bill's,but compensation for paying for service that you & you're broodeis deserved, but obviously didn't get, totally unbelievable!

Name and shame I say. Its ok charging top dollar for services but you have to deliver and you must keep your records up to date. They are just making it harder for those who do the right thing and give us all a bad reputation

No doubting that it seems youve not been treated fairly. However your own professionalism has to come into question with regard to diligence , reference checks of people rearing your dogs , your own record keeping , checking fast track for updates of completed transfers , etc . I would start with yourself and then work backwards , just the advice I would give myself nothing personal but this situation has gone unchecked over a very lengthy period of time.

I don't think playing this out on social media is the way to go.
Only feeding a frenzy Anti element. Yes it looks bad. Report and let the Authorities do their job.
Ask/Insist on being kept up to date on all proceedings. If not happy with the outcome, then take Civil Action. imo
