I started a FB page a few years ago so people could add their retired dogs photos and details in there, as I wanted to show the public that many owners/trainers do keep their racedogs after they finish racing, plus I wanted adopters to add their greyhounds to the page as well, so owners/trainers who had rehomed their dogs via a rescue or GAP, could search the page to see if their dogs turned up and whether they found good homes. :-) Already have hundreds of photos of retired greyhounds in there :-)
Hello Toghether, I have updated all dogs in this topic to this point. But i have quetstions about some dogs. This owners received a message from me. Please check your privat messages. Thanks Michaela

Very kind of you to ask so politely , he has done so much for me that I want him in my house instead of in his kennel . He is a randy boy so it would be a problem around our bitches. I hope that is ok for you. Teddy means the world to me.

Having previously had two of my own ex-racers at home, Eddie Fitapaldi (Eddie) and Xaar Sequoyah (Cyd), until both passed away aged almost 14, I also recently had the great Droopys Ward (Woody), who unfortunately and tragically required to be euthanized last January aged 6 1/2 due to an inoperable spinal tumour. I currently have a friend's ex-racer Airtech Louise (Lulu) at home who was 6 in April.

The Greyhound will not miss his testicles. Only Men do Rod .
Lifespan is increased Inter-dog Aggression, Roaming, Sexual behaviour & Other problem behaviours (eg urine marking) are all reduced Aggression to family members is reduced Medical conditions (prostatic enlargement, perineal hernia and testicular & perianal tumours) are eliminated. Cystine bladder and urethral stones are less common .
