Having been a Fremantle supporter since 1994 I'm now in a place where I dare to dream. $ 26 to win the flag . Excluding GWS and Gold Coast Fremantle is the only club in the afl not to have won a premiership. Is it time ? Is it Ross the bosses time ? Or is it a pipe dream? Do only the Fremantle die hard fans care or would all afl fans like to see an even competition. Hmmmm Catch the big Bird every 2 weeks, only attract player's to the club that are desperate and can't get in at the Eagles such as Tim Kelly . Pretty even ...not !

From where I sit Lazza it's never been further away from my mob although they did beat Mr Jordan's Essendon earlier in the year. - Macwollie

How long are you going to feed of that one scalp? Macwollie.

Now Lazza: The new rules 6-4-6 have helped Freo enormously! Rossy Lyon has discovered the OTHER half of the field (Forward Line). He has been to defensive, for far to long.
You need Sandi back, as Lobb freezes in big matches! and Fyffe needs to keep his elbows down. (Cant afford another suspension).

BTW I forgot to add GWS in the top 4

Yes you did. Here's the final top 8

GWS
West Coast
Geelong
Collingwood
Fremantle
Brisbane
Richmond
Adelaide

First week of finals
GWS v Collingwood in Sydney
West Coast v Geelong in Perth
Fremantle v Adelaide in Perth
Brisbane v Richmond in Brisbane

Quiet week in Melbourne....

All I can say Ross the Boss hasn't been sacked yet , that alone must make him a reasonable sort of a coach . Again it's hard to attract the cream to Fremantle because of the disadvantages .
Fyfie was criticized last week for hiding a sore elbow, this week for having a high elbow. The truth is it's a fast elbow. One of the fastest in recent times.

Fyffe is a champion Larry, We would all love to have him! But he is under the microscope every time he tackles now.

It's no secret that Lyon wants a Victorian coaching job. Carlton wined & Dinned him 2 years ago. The Roo's want him also.

I think Rossco enjoyed beating Collingwood on Saturday, and the new-look Fremantle played really well after dishing up some pretty ordinary stuff recently. Maybe Lyon will want to try and do the impossible , and stay at Fremantle.
I have watched every game Fremantle have played in 24 1/2 years , but never have I seen a game like the one in round one this year .

Port Adelaide when they're on song are hard to beat . A 1 point lead at 3/4 time had the power ready to notch up a fantastic away from home win with Boak leading his team brilliantly.
Enter the new-look Fremantle who kept port scoreless in the last quarter. Michael Walters with 6 goals for Freo was B.O.G.?

Yes Ryan his first winner and the ownership included fellow Freo teammates and yes I was on...I think old mate balla's would find it hard to get a game in the new-look Fremantle side .

Larry Larry! Good sides don't lose games to sides running 2nd last!
And at HOME (Building a fortress mentality) That loss will haunt your mob for more than just this season.
And in those conditions, Hayden B would of had a ball, unstoppable!

Gee I see the Eadles next week! We will quickly see what your side is made from. They should want to run though bricks walls!!(Redemption) We'll see?

Terry. Would you say Fyfe Walters and Hogan are arrogant ? Let's say because they get under certain players skin and Freo have never won any real silverware. Would you say dropping the game against Carlton deems Freo less of a team than they were when the beat Collingwood at the MCG recently ? Hmmm

Larry, Don't know about those players being arrogant? Hogan isn't living up to the Salary he's receiving.
Freo beating the pies, was a huge misreading of form. The Pie's since? Fell over the line beating the Dogs. The Dogs looked the better side for 3/4 of the match. Pie's then absolutely smacked by the Roo's!. Collingwood is in disarray Larry.

Talk now that Hill wants to return to the Hawks? Lyon wants out?
Your boys will struggle to make the 8 imo. Premiership! No hope mate

One thing I would like to reiterate is that this is a new-look Fremantle side ie young players playing on seasoned players who are reigning premiers was always going to be our nemesis. What Freo can take away from this drubbing and learn from will be the true test even though it wouldn't be apparent straight away.

Can't work out Larry's "Dare to dream"? or "The Premiership is wide open" Or "New look Fremantle"?
As Pants down Pauline would say "Please Explain"!

Get rid of Rossy Boy, Use by date expired. (Had a fair go)
Sign up M. Voss as coach NOW!!!
Clean out the players who don't wish to wear the PURPLE! Sack your recruitment officer. Harley Bennell is proof of that.
That's just a start.
Shit wish I hadn't of lit the pipe first, ouch

BTW WA just won the u18's Championship, the talent is there in the West. Find it! just like Sidney Stack
