I wish it wasn't so , but our beloved afl is all but moth balled , start fresh in June I reckon and play up to November. Hold the grand final at the afl's own stadium and enjoy a much needed season all the way down to the Minnie nippers...run in conjunction with the cricket and others.

Slight chance that I could catch a severe flu that will give me a headache......nooooo! Quick, but some face masks, a heap of dunny rolls and lock the doors. Don't shake hands with nobody.
Good thing is, I just flew to Perth and there were 12 people on the plane. Very comfy.

Well money does not just disappear (unless you are in greyhounds). And you can't just print more of it (unless you are the President of an African nation). As for footy, well I think the interstate clubs will get their wish. North Melbourne gone, St.Kilda gone, Bulldogs gone, Melbourne gone.
