In fairness, the better side won as they played above themseves again (as they always do). I am a staunch NSW supporter but QLD was a 10 point better side on the night for mine, no ifs no buts..

Actually Steve it was an article in a local paper, whether it Qld Or NSW im not sure. While two stories where the Qlders were called sooks over this issue can no longer be opened.

I assume it comes from Phil Rothchild I think...Daily Tele NSW. He was quoting a few things Ricky said about Qld. and Phil added...'he forgot to mention they(Qld) were sooks...so it was Rothchild that said it...99.9% sure that's where it came from...

Your spot on GT.......It was the writer...NOT LAURIE making those statements. EXTERNAL LINK If it was true.....then the Daily Tele wouldn't have missed the opportunity to put it in print.
PS.....Yes there was 2 maybe 3 stories on the net & I read them all. NONE of them said Laurie suggested your claims.
