No he didn't break his rule your pair were on their own, I just caught the 5th race at the Valley of Doom 2500 they were coming home like Brown's Cows wonder why on a soft hello it's now a Heavy 10, "well oiled be fooked". - Mockers Macwollie

well when they built the strathayr they said they'd never have a heavy trk again at the valley......if you remember they recently did extensive work on the trk, it clearly hadn't recovered and heard Zarafa say that's the likely reason it's gone to shit today.......anyway that's still no excuse for you switching states during the spring like an overpaid hooker switches positions. haha

ok I was wrong......it happens !

Saturday August 22nd 2020 Royal Randwick
Soft 6 Hard to come from behind today
Winning Combo 1, 12, 17, 10 $16642.10 not likely again
Winning Divs $7.20, $6.70, $10.90, $13.70
Subs: Quassie $1 back 3rd leg Lazza no apperance gets Poohbah's tips.

Report: Sydney for the 1st of the spring seasons group 1s and not the Valley of Doom which had we played we wouldn't of as they pulled the plug before the 1st leg Bog track apparently as tipped by Mockers earlier in the week much to the ridicule of The Vanderbilts. Looks like Vanderbilt got Mocked and joined Mockers with a duck today, serves himself right for taking on the MOCK. Trouble brewing in the Fruckstein camp, it turns out we hear his girls didn't pinch the boat but have been in lock up rooting security guards at the Marriott Hotel. In desparation last night he gathered Puggy and Chook into the kitchen dimmed the lights and had a Seance. Out came the Ouiji Board and a used upturned beer glass to make contact with the dearly departed ex champion Sydney hoop George Moore, George you there, Georgie come in please and a gust of cold brezzy wind blew the curtains. Turns out farking puggy had left the back door open after going out for a piss. That aside the glass began to move to the numbers around the perimeter of the Ouiji board and Frucky quickly wrote down those winning numbers he hoped. Now Frucky by all accounts is not happy with the one winner they returned for the day the ungrateful bastid as apparently word from above he got in contact with a Saint, a Bond and a Moore no less but not farkin Georgie but the "verry elegant" (a winner for frucky) Roger, the give away sign was his first selection for the day "7". Best not devle into that spiritual stuff again Frucky as you also got the Valley pulled today. - The Convener.

I can't ever remember a Hvy 10 at the Valley since the StrathAyr was layed.......he's done the impossible and mocked StrathAyr !

btw the real reason for the abandoned meet was surface water and the fact that it just didn't stop raining for such a long time to allow the water to dissipate into the trk......if they had've started the meeting earlier (normal time) instead of 12.50 they cld have put it back 2 or 3 races during the heavy rain period and got through the card.

any idea of the the reason for the late start Pete?

Vanders No, but GRV have deemed the metro Greyhounds have to finish an hour before the 8pm curfew hence the Satdy arvo races. Late start I would say is because they have lights at the Valley and more money is invested late in the arvo than at 11.50am, the old money speaks all languages. _ Mockers

Pete, are you a registered owner with GRV?
Because you should be eligible for exemption.
You can go anywhere, anytime as long as you have a greyhound in the car, your GRV owners ID, and your exemption letter.
It's not just for trainers.....

Or move out of the city. No lockdowns in the Bool.

There are many grey areas in your advice Grand Mufti. Yes I am a card carrying member, but if I apply for an exemption there's one major setback the place I take the two dogs to exercise free range is closed because of the restrictions. Actually a couple of months back we took the risk of picking East End Eddy up at Healsville without a permit but I did give the missus my card and said if picked up by the Johns he was racing that night at Cranbourne, his name is Black Top. It might be a bit hard to disguise them both now as Macwollie is going grey around the gills, moves like a lot of trainers (hobbles) and young Eddy is the size of El Grand Senor (too many Tim Tams). So I guess to make farking Gerhard Shoether happy I'm still stuck at home. - Mockers

78910 not the Paw irrespective how many races there are its always the last 4 races on the card. There will be more 10 race cards from here to the end of November with the Spring carnival about to start.

Quaddy always operates on the last 4 races NTPAW.
So Saturday @ Caulfield 7, 8, 9 & 10 and it's a tough card good luck your doing well this season.

Late edit: I've been replaced by a new Convener both posted at the same time, the bastid has beaten me in a photo finish and he wonders if I'm OK no I'm not OK not now that I've got competition.

BTW: One thing that's eating at me, why did you flog off Billy Bucca? he's flying.
