Caulfield and Spring is just a month off but some early group type neddies are starting to appear. Stewards Room: Big Kev be seated. In your haste to be the first entry submitted this week you made a fundamental error. Your selection in the 3rd leg No7. Grey Worm was withdrawn Friday at 3.59pm (reasons unknown but probably the horse held back a fart and cracked a rib). You lodged your entry at 6.11pm Friday evening 2 hours later so you were not entitled to the sub in the 7th "Snitzepeg" who became the subsequent winner of the 7th thus you have been credited $1 but no point for its win. We know this may sound harsh and this is not the first time you've been caught out on this rule of thumb leaving us stewards in this competition no other choice as we are under the constant watchful eye of contestant Quassie who loves to point out our errors if and when we fark up. We were made aware of Grey Worm's scratching when Macwollie Lodge was going to select it Friday night and we told him don't bother Mac it's already out. - The Convener
