Well after being with bet365 for about 2 months. I would have to say DONT bother with them full stop!!
It's a shame!! As they (Bet365) Did seem very good To start with.As I like to place fixed odds bets bet365 Have a very good array of fixed odds options..
Often having odds up one even two days prior To other agency's such as sports bet, centre bet, Etc..So last week I decided to make my first withdrawal From my bet365 account after winning a few dollars. $250 dollars to be exact.
So Wednesday last week I make my withdrawal via Internet Transaction..knowing it may take a couple days to arrive I waited until Friday of last week to check my account.. No deposit had arrived from bet365...
So I decided to call them..customer service at bet365 adviced Me the transfer would be wired from England and to expect this To take between 1-3 working days.
So I waited through the weekend until Monday evening and still No payment.. Waited until Tuesday evening still no payment So called bet365 again Wednesday.. Customer service..there Advice this time was to contact my bank and ask them if they Can find the payment.. And after 10 working days have passed If payment still hasn't been received to call bet365 again and they Will conduct a trace on the payment...fantastic!!!! My advice to anyone Considering bet365 DONT!!!

Could be worse. Could have won more then they just close your account. Weakest betting agency in the world.

I see no difference between what these guys are doing and Coles being penalised millions by ACCC for not passing on earned funds to dairy farmers.
Technically, there will be some fine print which allows them to rip off punters but morally it is ridiculous.
The problem is that the NT government not only gives them near-free tax privileges but also permits them to make up their own rules. TABCORP and Ubet have no such benefits from the respective state governments (although their FO betting is also suspect).
Governments (including the Commonwealth) are hell bent on stopping dicey overseas-based betting houses yet the damage they cause is little different to the money-manipulations generated by corporate bookies.
Curiously, they still get plenty of business from Aussie gamblers, whose arithmetic knowledge is also poor.
The recent addition of Point of Sale taxes on corporates helps to even the field a little but their impact is modest at the end of the day (applying only to winning races).
Somehow, the Australian states should gang up on the NT in the interests of their own tax incomes as well as the welfare of punters. NB the Commonwealth does have latent powers over Territories so it just needs the will to use them.

The further issue is that I have never heard of any effort at all put in by greyhound authorities to correct these mal-practices - and they deal with the corporates every day. Either they don't know (?) or they don't care.
Yet now the trots are recognising a big problem with low turnover and have got GRNSW to speak in support (Mestrov) of a national tote. This is inadequate and totally inconsistent.
What they are all missing is that poor betting options are a barrier to progress. The effect is already evident in the customer profile, especially the disappearance of serious punters. It will get worse - nothing stays the same.

Commonly known as Bet 3.65 in the UK lol, usually shut your account down or restric once you start winning.

Ladbrokes are no angels either. you can only withdraw your winnings,not any or part of your deposit, meaning you have to bet till you lose it all or close the account (so I closed the account)
i have bet with 365 for 17yrs and have never had a problem i have had bets where ive put 400 pound on dogs i 365 because they give you best odds on the dog f/c and i have had a f/c that paid 29 and it payed on the track f/c 16 and i have never been refused after i won 9000 on dog f/c doubles,as you can see on this forum ive just been cheated out of that because i put the bet on before 10oclock the horse i had 50 was 11/1 and when it wonat22/1 igot 11/1 they said i should have read the terms an conditions they said who checks terms and conditions when they changed it last year so i will stick to 365 as hills have seen the last of me

Bet 365 are the weakest of any online betting mobs.
A few weeks ago i placed a 50$ bet on my dog at 50 to one ..
She has won 1 race out of 23 and her past price was 30 to 1 and 60 to 1 the starts before
Bet 365 took my bet but return me back into my account $35.15 so they only took a bet of $14.85 at fixed odds of 41 to !
hi Kevin now the bookmakers offer so many diferent things to bet on now, i have had ladbrokes and Sky put restrictionns of about 43 on my account ican still have a bet but whithout any promotions, my mate's son had his account closed and he only done 1 yankees when mymate told me he said how come you can bet like you do and they close his account i told him that on the rpgtv greyhound channel if anyone has his account closed to ask why and unfortonately this glitch is a computer error,and told him to do this but he just switched to hills, who just connned me out of 600, but i will stil bet with them because no other bookmaker offer the what i bet on like f/c best odds and lot more, i looked at my f/c and in one month i was better off by 342, but in 1962 i worked in a betting shop one man won 5000 but he didn't bar him as if he had bard him he would never get his money back, so the bookmaker used to get on the phone to get the first show from king,s heath no one else got that service,i am house bound so all i have is to consentrate on horsesand dogs, i had a day like no other in my life, it started when i had a 6/1 winner on the dogs then 2horses i had been watching one was 40/1 and 5 minutes later the other one was at Beverley and was 16/1 the horse at Kemton went off at33/1 and the other 12/1 i had 25 ew on both the next day the tv racing came from i think it was Ascot i had a 15/2 winner which gave me a free bet i put it on 12/1 shot that won and then i had winner's of 11/1 15/2 and that was on tuesday wednesday i had a 6/1 winner and 18/1, and thursday had 5/1 and 6/1, the other day three horse i was watching 2 at Perth and one at Kempton this is how i lost 600 when i looked at price of the first and 365 was7/1 so before 10oclock and had 50win at 11/1 but the one at Perth got beat the other went off at5/2 and the last horse was in the 8ockloc at Kempton when the horse started drifting to 16/1 in the afternoon i had another 25ew on it with 365 to cover my bet if it finished placed, it landed up at 22/1 but luckly i had a 15ew double which gave me 1,375 so because people do all different bets computers are the cause,when someone has a bet thats flagged up if you happen to be on the same dogs you get an automatic e-mail which kicks in barring you, but Kevin no other bookmaker offers the same,

they will only take a 2 pound of me on greyhounds because i bet a few winners they are a joke betting site but they always paid out thou they have cut me from betting in 20 pounds up to 100 pound down to 2 mpound bets

You are lucky that they let you have a 2 wager Robert, after hitting them for six on a greyhound or two in Western Australia that i had an input into getting ready for the big punt they cut me back to a MAX bet of 38 pence , now that is a joke. the outcome being i will never have another Greyhound racing in the UK no wonder Greyhound Racing in England is in a very bad way . racing for just the fuel money. with first prize money at some tracks less than 100, we may as well close all the tracks now before the Activist do as in the USA
