Does anybody know what's happening with National Greyhound Form?
I noticed earlier this week that the form wasn't being updated (which they are normally excellent at doing), also new meetings weren't being posted. Yesterday afternoon their website came up with the message ' this account is suspended' and no form guides are accessible . I can't get in contact with them as their phone is not being answered, either yesterday or today, which again is highly unusual as they are normally very accessible.

Have talked to others who are having the same issues.

I hope all is okay, as this business is a much loved greyhound institution (by me anyway).

Does anyone know what's going on?

Have put in a call to Peter Pearson's mobile. Gone straight to voicemail. Will update if I hear back from Peter.

This just goes to show us all just how bad things are traveling for the majority of Greyhound People around Australia and i just hope we get to see the Pearson boy's continue on the tradiction their Father started all those years ago .

The problem as I see it now is there is to much money being spent on these bigger races and promotions of these high stake racers .

We are an Industry build from the back yarders and today I am sorry to say it's only 10% of participants who are now making and taking almost every $.

Please don't get me wrong these bigger players deserve every $ they make AND THEY HAVE PUT IN THE HARD YARDS but I think it's about time we rehashed the present prize money being awarded to just a very view the 10% club .

If we are to continue on the same way we are going then I am sorry to say and I have said this before we will be pushed into the same system as the USA style of racing with only the very elite being able to make up the numbers for each track and the little players will have to arrange kennel bookings at each track on a first in best dressed scenario.

To Date TPB have made it harder for the little players to play the game and I cannot see any quick fix over the next couple of years and you either get out or take the bull by the horns and hang on not knowing what tomorrow will bring us all .
The Stud game is Knackered for the newbie Sires and there are so many Stud dogs sitting idle not even getting one bitch to serve at present .
