Yesterday had Frankie on Enable in the oaks online @ 8/1, had 12 on to win & was duly paid 96 but I havn't had my stake back, am I missing something here. I've never placed a winning bet & not had my stake back. Then I get an email from the same firm offering me a risk free bet to the tune of 12 today. What's all that about? Someone please explain to me. I'm of the opinion I should have been paid 108 including my stake. The 8/1 winner is really 7/1.

Regards Mark

Betfair or exchange? That's the way they calculate bets. An 8 was beside her name which means 7/1. When you done bet it should have told you your return before you proceeded with bet??
