I never use paddy powers and after my first experience I doubt I'll ever use them again. I placed my bet with paddy power in Longford the evening of the second round of the Longford derby I was placing a bet of 3xdoubles and a treble on Whaoo Wheoo won 8/1 Surley Bassi won 3/1 and untangled 4th 6/1 (finished lame). When I went to lift my bet the following Friday evening before I kennelled my dogs, the docket registered as a loosing bet I explained to the gentle man at the check in desk ( don't think they have a check out desk ) were I had no problem handing over my money that two of the dogs had won he phoned head office and they said some mistake had been made but they would have to check the official results again before paying out and could I call back tomorrow for my money (175miles) I told them I would hopefully qualify for the final and would leave it until then, I was told that was great and it would be sorted out by then, but last night once again before I kennelled the two dogs I call ed again, handed my winning docket over to a different check in lady to be told the same story she then got on the phone and the whole process started over again, I explained I had to go as I had two of the derby finalists in the car to be weighed in yet I was asked for my phone number and told she would phone me when they got confirmation of the official result from now 2 weeks ago and they would be open to 10pm for me to call back down for my money but no phone call, I've never witnessed the likes of this in any other bookmakers in my life and I've been in quiet a few Lol. I would of had a lot more bother I'm sure if the second bet I placed that same day had came up I would probably had some fun trying to lift it Lol it was a 100 place treble to Finnish in the first 4 in the final on Whaoo Wheoo 40/1 Surley Bassi 33/1 and untangled 33/1 (two of those did achieve this) this bet would of ran up to 97000

Yes I do have the docket, my nearest PP is 40miles away I can't keep wasting fuel and my time running after them, I'll look out for a PP shop on my way to Dublin Saturday, if they haven't it sorted by now they can keep it I just will never use them again
