Maeave was a sire i thought a lot of been by Roanoke you always stood a good chance of getting some nice early.

However he seems to be having an influence in coursing showing up in dogs such as Central City ballymac enya ballymac bingo I'm sure coursing people can reel of more.

Do people feel that his success maybe that the coursing Gene pool is getting limited and would benefit from more cross breeding to track dogs

Don't think any coursing sires or broods are particularly making an impact on the track.

Would be interesting to see how Paul wheeler Australian breeding programme goes a few years ago he was over looking to mate a few of his bitches to coursing sires

Interesting topic, funny how one of leading coursing sires today, Adios Alonso, goes back to Eva bottom line damline which is the same as Aussie Champions in Black Shiraz, Tangaloa , Tangairn, Eaglehawk Star all of which came thru Tapestry and go back to China Craze 1899!
