It is with great sadness the news of the passing of Tom "The Piper" Doyle, he played Amhrn na bhFiann on his bagpipes at the Clonmel National Meetings and at the local meetings for many a year. He was a great coursing man as an owner and supporter. As a native of Gorey Co. Wexford he was a stalwart in the Gorey Pipe band. Anytime I met Tom at the Coursing or the Pipe Band Championships, he was life and soul of the party the craic was always mighty,
Sincere sympathy to his partner Ann, his son Darragh and Darraghs mam Mary, his sister Ann, brothers Eddie & Liam and the extended Doyle family
