Helps promote blood flow to the heart and helps calm the dog, if you search Hidez on the forum there are a few topics with some ringing endorsements

Davos, you could try Good as Gold powder as well. Many people have used this with success, including us.

Davos, I had a shocker of a traveller, have tried a few "remedies" with varying success (including KALM) but found the compression rug worked better than anything else.

AT least it made the dog lay down on a road trip!

Rich.

Ask around and see if you can borrow one to give it a test run Davos. I have a large one here for a 34 kg dog that I have lent to a couple of people. They ended up buying their own.

Davos many trainers have used the Silver Eagle K9 Cool Champions Cooling Coat for bad travelers with great success - settles the dog down and has the added benefit of keeping the dog cool in hot weather. The GRV have approved the use of these cooling coats on race days and have provided every Victorian Club these cooling coats for use in the catching pens. Hope this helps.
