At 6 weeks old you can't take any chances he can die very quickly, take him to a vet

Vet ASAP.
What kind of food do you feed is it mainly dry food or is it all foods like stews bones rice pasta Breads that he throws up.

Some Pups get to much Air when they eat so u must separate the food for that pup if its dry food spill it all over the ground so he eats it slower or maybe its a simple change of diet or more stews ..
The 1% are worth exploring it could be as simple as placing the food bowl in a raised position so the Pup or dog does not have to bend right down
