However, the unvaccinated trainer may arrange to have a vaccinated, registered participant come to their property and collect the greyhound, to take to the track to trial or race. Then return the greyhound to the unvaccinated trainers property after the trial/race.

In this instance, it would work like this -

The vaccinated, registered participant would arrive at the unvaccinated trainers property, collect the greyhound, ID card, lead, muzzle, kennel mat, towel, etc. and head off to the track.

The unvaccinated trainer would then arrive at the track a bit later, enter the GRV function rooms, chat to a few punters, put a few bets on, have a meal and a sherbet or two, then watch his greyhound being paraded out and boxed. All these social activities can be done without the need to be vaccinated, wear a mask, check-in with a QR code or social distance.
Then the greyhound wins the race so the unvaccinated trainer gets a winning photo with the greyhound and gives him a cuddle and a 'good boy' and hands him back to the vaccinated, registered participant.

Then the unvaccinated trainer goes home and waits for the vaccinated, registered participant to arrive with the greyhound.

All this takes place because of the 'science' which dictates the 'health advice' which dictates the 'emergency health orders' which are put in place to 'keep us safe' because 'we are all in this together'

And they want me to 'trust the science?'

Then of course, 8 days later the unvaccinated trainer takes his dog to Mount Gambier where he is allowed to kennel the greyhound, handle the greyhound, box the greyhound and wash the greyhound down after he wins again because he's a good boy.

Clearly the 'science' that dictates the 'health advice' in South Australia is different than the 'science' in Victoria.

By the way, I'm not having a crack at GRV. I'm having a crack at stupidity in general.

An unvaccinated person can participate in every part of society now in Victoria, but they are prohibited from working.

So I can go to the dogs on Friday night, to the footy on Saturday and to the pub on Sunday. But I cannot go to work on Monday.
But last year I could go to work but I couldn't go to the dogs, the footy or the pub.

There is not a single, rational thinking person on earth who thinks this is helping to keep us safe.

It's simply a punishment.
This vaccine is so safe and effective that we will destroy your life until you take it.

We might not ever know if the vaccinations work because the evidence is not available for the experimental jabs (up to four jabs now in eight to nine months).

In terms of stupidity, if GRV is accepting of this advice from the State Govt and is not pushing back because of the lunacy in which you have described, well then they are sheep.

Remember the farmer(s) on the border who couldn't cross to feed his / their livestock because of the draconian rules when the borders were closed. It took ages for exemptions to be given. Look now? Abracadabra.

If it wasn't for NSW allowing my wife and I to work up there, we would have lost our house by now.
We asked 2 GPs for exemptions in Vic and both said they were not allowed to give them.

First they said the vaccine prevents getting covid.
Then they said you can still get covid, but you wouldn't pass it on.
Then they said you can still pass it on but your symptoms would be less severe.
Then they said your symptoms would be just as severe, but you wouldn't die.
Now they say you will still die but the vaccines are safe and effective and you just need to trust the science.

Science has become the world biggest religious cult.
It's followers do not even ask questions and they frown upon those who do.

Yes they most certainly did, as did the typhoid vaccine that saved my life when I caught typhoid.
Three things I'm sure you know Mark.

1. Polio, Smallpox, Chicken Pox, Spanish Flu and Tuberculosis all had very high death rates. Covid-19 does not.
2. All of those vaccines were developed after years of trials. The covid vaccines were not.
3. All of those vaccines were made by capturing the virus/disease, killing it, and injecting a small part of the killed virus. The covid vaccines are a different beast altogether.

Oh, and a fourth. Back then no Government outlawed the use of other medicines. They have with covid.

I have never heard any Chief Health Officer or Minister for Health, urging the public to get healthy.
"Hey everyone, there's a really bad flu coming. Maybe you should stop eating junk food and sugar for a few months and take a heap of vitaminC and boost that immune system of yours"

No we cant say that because there's no money in vitaminC.

No and my 35 year old neighbour who died from the vaccine doesn't get the opportunity to whinge either.

Are you seriously suggesting that every one of the 95% chose to receive the vaccine without any threat or coercion?

I actually don't know many people who willingly chose to be vaccinated. But I do know a heap of people who took the vaccine to keep their job, or to be allowed to travel. A friend of my wife took the jab so that she could go back to the beauty salon!
And that decision is totally up to them, just as my decision is totally up to me.

That goes against the very science that you trust in. It does not work that way. Even the CHO's will tell you that.

And yes, I have had covid and yes I caught it from a vaccinated person and no I didn't get sick.

We can go back and forth with statistics all day and night.
The science cult people only look at the total deaths, whereas others look into that statistic a bit more to see who is dying, what age group, and how many have had covid without dying.

But I do not wish to engage with people who make broad, religious cult statements.

I started this thread to point out the stupidity. Whether you are vaxxed or not, I couldn't care less.
A person can attend a greyhound meeting all night being unvaxxed, unmasked and no social distancing. All the things that we were told for 2 years were keeping us safe.
But that person cannot race his dog. And that rule is in place to keep us safe.
