I got told my dog needs it's tonsils out and I need help in finding a vet witch as dun this procedure because alot r not convinced so please phone 07377528192 it's Michael

Sorry Michael, can't help you find a vet, but can just offer my experience. Once was given same advice about a handy young bitch, but didn't have the cash to get it done straight away. By the time I did get it done the infection had already spread to her heart (pericardium) and caused her death by heart failure. So my experience suggests don't wait, get it done asap. Hope this helps.
